This interactive workshop builds on the knowledge from Session One, where participants learnt how the stress response works and identified where stress is coming from in their lives. This month you will learn invaluable tools to help soothe your nervous system, including EFT Tapping, Breathing techniques, HeartMath, Visualisation and more. Every participant will receive a selection of my most popular Hypnotic Recordings for FREE.

While each workshop can be attended as a standalone session, participating in the full series allows for deeper insight and a more layered understanding, as concepts and skills are progressively built upon. These once monthly sessions are not traditional presentations; they are experiential, workshop-based learning opportunities. Participants receive guided worksheets to personalise their learning and are encouraged to reflect, share, and brainstorm with the presenter and fellow participants. The format is supportive and collaborative, much like a group coaching experience.
