Transform Your Relationships with Rachel Jakobi
Hi, I’m Rachel Jakobi, Relationship Coach.
What if the challenges you’re facing in your relationships, confidence, or communication aren’t a lack of effort — but a reflection of how your nervous system is responding to stress?
I support individuals and couples to create healthier, more connected relationships — both with others and within themselves.
At the core of my work is the understanding that many of the challenges we face in communication, confidence, and connection are shaped by how our nervous system responds. When we feel overwhelmed, we react rather than respond, impacting our relationships, self-esteem, and ability to move forward.
Through coaching, I help you understand these patterns and develop practical tools for meaningful change.
I also work with organisations, delivering workshops that strengthen emotional regulation, communication, and team relationships — creating more connected, resilient workplaces.
The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your relationships.
Why settle for anything less than extraordinary?
Upcoming Workshop Events

2. Stress management tools – April 18th

5. Understanding ADHD – July 18th
6. Managing ADHD in relationships – August 15th .
This interactive workshop builds on the knowledge from Sessions One and Two, where participants gained an understanding of how the nervous system works and learnt tools to help manage stress. This month you will learn how stress can disconnect relationships and life-changing tools to prevent this from happening, including conflict resolution, communication and listening and the balance between masculine and feminine energy. Of course men are welcome at this workshop so if you want to bring your partner you can but it is not essential.
If you missed the last session you can catch up 1 hour before the current session.
While each workshop can be attended as a standalone session, participating in the full series allows for deeper insight and a more layered understanding, as concepts and skills are progressively built upon. These sessions are not traditional presentations; they are experiential, workshop-based learning opportunities. Participants receive guided worksheets to personalise their learning and are encouraged to reflect, share, and brainstorm with the presenter and fellow participants. The format is supportive and collaborative, much like a group coaching experience.

For Couples…
Most couples don’t struggle because they don’t love each other — they struggle because stress takes over.
When emotions run high, communication breaks down. You react instead of respond, conversations escalate, and both of you can end up feeling unheard and disconnected.
My work with couples focuses on what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we build the ability to stay calm, present, and connected — even in challenging moments.
This isn’t about scripts or quick fixes. It’s about creating lasting change.
We focus on regulating your nervous system, rebuilding emotional safety, and strengthening connection — so you can move through conflict with understanding, not distance.
For ADHD Relationships…
Navigating a relationship where ADHD is present can feel overwhelming, but with the right guidance, understanding, and tools, it’s possible to thrive together. I offer personalised coaching tailored to couples facing ADHD-related challenges, helping you improve communication, manage emotional triggers, and strengthen your connection.
Together, we’ll address the unique dynamics of ADHD in your relationship, providing practical strategies to foster patience, understanding, and balance. You’ll learn how to navigate the frustrations, celebrate strengths, and build a partnership that works for both of you.
For Individuals…
The relationship you have with yourself shapes everything — your confidence, your choices, and how you move through the world.
If your inner voice is critical, your self-esteem feels low, or past experiences still influence how you show up, it can be hard to feel grounded and secure.
My work supports you to shift that relationship from the inside out. Together, we gently address unhelpful patterns, process past experiences, and build practical tools to strengthen confidence and self-trust.
This is about creating a calmer, more supportive inner world — so you can move forward with clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of who you are.

For Organisations…
Workplace stress impacts more than productivity — it affects communication, decision-making, and team relationships.
My workshops on nervous system regulation give teams practical tools to stay calm, focused, and responsive under pressure. When individuals understand how stress affects their reactions, they communicate more clearly, manage conflict more effectively, and work together with greater ease.
These sessions are interactive, engaging, and immediately applicable in the workplace.
Alongside individual regulation, we focus on strengthening relationships within teams — improving listening, reducing reactivity, and fostering a more supportive, connected work environment where people can perform at their best.
Contact us to discuss tailoring a workshop for your organisation’s needs.
You don’t have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we’ll create the tools and understanding you need to build stronger, more connected relationships in all aspects of your life.
