Relationship Coaching is for couples and also individuals wanting to improve the relationship they have with themselves.

The process of Relationship Coaching is as follows:




Step One

First we identify what it is you’re wanting to achieve in your relationship. Usually it’s improved communication, less fighting and deeper intimacy. We often figure this out by identifying what you want LESS of in your relationship.

For an individual it may be things such as improved confidence, management of anxiety and so on.




StEp TWO 

Once you know what you want and where you’re heading, we identify what it is that’s standing in the way of achieving these goals to date. It may be:

A lack of knowledge

Lifestyle issues

Unmet needs

Emotional baggage

Or more. I call these things barriers to success, or stresses on the relationship.

 

step three

Once the identification of what’s holding your relationship back, we then design strategies to overcome these hurdles. It could be as easy as making some lifestyle changes and filling in the knowledge gaps. Or it could be learning how to meet our partners needs, what triggers one another and overcoming and releasing the emotional baggage that’s causing the triggers.
