This interactive workshop series is designed to build a clear, practical understanding of how stress impacts mental health, relationships, and everyday decision-making. Participants will explore how stress shows up in their lives and learn effective, realistic tools to help navigate personal, relational, and professional pressures with greater confidence and clarity.
While each workshop can be attended as a standalone session, participating in the full series allows for deeper insight and a more layered understanding, as concepts and skills are progressively built upon. These sessions are not traditional presentations; they are experiential, workshop-based learning opportunities. Participants receive guided worksheets to personalise their learning and are encouraged to reflect, share, and brainstorm with the presenter and fellow participants.
